Overview
This course provides practical formation for emerging and experienced church leaders. Students examine authority, accountability, mentorship, humility, prayer, biblical discipline, personal integrity, relational leadership, equipping others, strategic thinking, and the responsibility to lead with clear vision.
Through direct ministry applications, the course helps leaders develop Christlike character, avoid common leadership failures, build healthy teams, steward relationships, and serve the local church with consistency, wisdom, and spiritual maturity.
