Overview
This course develops biblical principles and practical skills for Christian leadership. Students examine humility, servant leadership, vision, planning, goal setting, creative thinking, ethical relationships, communication, correction, conflict resolution, decision-making, and the responsibilities of mentoring.
The course emphasizes leadership that reflects the character of Christ, protects healthy relationships, confronts destructive behavior wisely, and equips others for effective service. Students will learn to lead with conviction, accountability, clarity, and pastoral sensitivity.
